Deadlifts are like picking up groceries.Everyone wants to be strong but don't nobody wants to pick up some heavy as weight!I'll do it tough yeaaaaahhh buddyyyyyy yeaaaaahhh lightweight BABYYYYY WUHUU.In all seriousness the Deadlift is one of THE best exercises to build a strong overall body and a healthy back.I will tell you the secret to a nice and strong life a healthy back and never having to walk twice to your car to grab the groceries after this you will be able to take them all at once 1. Stance- about half your foot under the Bar when you look down on it.2. Grip – right outside of your shins so you can comfortably grab the bar.3.Shins – bring them close to the bar without moving the bar away from you bend your knees.4. Chest – ELEVATE bring your chest up to set the lumbar spine in an optimale and strong safe neutral position.5. Pull – the bar as close to your body as possible it should glide up on your shins and legs.6. Thanks me later and send me Groceries!?
